To test this hypothesis, Price traveled around the world and studied the tooth health of different people. He found that not only did most of these people have straight, uncrowded teeth, but they also had little to no tooth decay!
In his book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, Price published his research and photos of the individuals he met. He compared the teeth of those in remote areas to those who lived in a modern culture and its diet.He found that the ones that did not consumed a modern diet had straighter and healthier teeth overall.

Out of all his visits, Price noticed two similar traits throughout all of their diets:

1.They did not consume processed food like sugar, white flour, vegetable oils and canned goods but their diet was rich in foods prepared using animal fats, and diets consisted mainly of vegetables.

It is nearly impossible to replicate this diet but you make some changes to your diets based on his findings and avoid having crooked teeth you and your children.

You need to start avoiding highly refined food additives like white flour and sugar and replace them with more natural alternatives like:

1.Coconut flour to replace white flour because it’s less refined and very high in fiber and protein.

2.Raw honey is the very healthy sweetener and the best replacement for sugar. It has amazing antioxidants and powerful antimicrobial properties, making it great for warding off oral diseases.

3.Vegetable oils can be replaced with the very same animal fats . Price claimed that they are responsible for the incredible health and straightness of the rural community members’ teeth.
