3 TECHNIQUES TO STOP OVERTHINKING IMMEDIATELY:
1. CONNECT WITH NATURE.
Get out in nature: for a lunch break in a nearby park, or on a vacation ,because by doing it you will do a great benefit to your mind and stop overthinking immediately.
Try to focus on the beauty in the trees, a leaf, a waterfall, the sky, mountains, a lake or whatever you gravitate towards.
2. REPEAT PEACEFUL WORDS TO YOURSELF.
Stop at this very moment…what kinds of thoughts do you have ?
Most likely, you will notice that they are about thigs that you need to do, or what someone said that made you angry, or degrading thoughts about yourself.
Anytime you notice you are overthinking or you feel anxiety or worry stop those thoughts and try to think and say nice words like
– Peace. Love. Light. It’s ok. Life is Good. I’m ok.
You must know that words carry a lot of meaning and power.
When we meditate, we stop the flow of overthinking and negative thoughts and move into space of stillness .
