4 Simple Exercises For Flat Belly

The summer is here so is your time to put on a bathing suit and get on the beach,but if you want to enjoy it to the fullest, you may want to do take off that belly .

Exercise 1

You will need small weights, to use for balance, not for tightening your biceps.
Keep the feet shoulder-width and the body straight,then bend to the side, do not bend the knees.

Repeat as much as you can .

Exercise 2

Sit on the floor, bend your legs then take one of the weights and slowly widen the legs upwards. Next, switch the weight to another right above the knees, in a shape of number 8.

This exercise will tighten your abs, reduce your cellulite and tighten your legs.

Exercise 3

Lay flat on the floor ,put your legs straight,put one arm on the ground to support your body, and then slowly push your legs up(do not bend the knees.) Do this in the direction of your face and touch the other arm.

Repeat up to 20 times.

Exercise 4

Put the arms behind your head.widen the legs, push your body down slowly and remember to keep your back straight.
First, bend down to your left, then to the right side,like trying to touch your elbow with your knee.

Do these daily for good results and the body you have always dreamed of.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
