Fruits and vegetables have a special place in one’s diet because they are the best source of vitamins, mineral salts, carbohydrates, organic acids and a lot more. They must be an integral part of each diet.
Here we have one very efficient diet that will help you in your fight against overweight. All you need is fruit juice
Breakfast: boiled fish with green peas, egg, lemon juice (without sugar and diluted with water)
Second breakfast: fresh apples or pear or apple juice
Lunch: vegetable soup, boiled meat with stewed carrots, compote of dried fruit or juice mandarins
Snack: apple, apple juice or orange juice, rosehip tea
Dinner: cheese with strawberries or a piece of fresh fruit or condensed
Not sweetened dissolved tea.
Breakfast: vegetable salad, coffee with milk, fried slice of bread and orange juice
Second breakfast: purple tomatoes
Lunch: Stewed vegetables, boiled chicken with the addition of vegetables, drink lemon, apple, and banana (can be prepared with other kinds of juices depends on your will).
Snack: lean cheese and pomegranate juice
Dinner: boiled meat, salad from beetroot and green peas. Orange or apple .Before sleeping –kefir.
Breakfast: boiled meat, salad vegetables, milk cocktail with orange juice or grapefruit
Second breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice
Lunch: thick vegetarian soup, meatball with braising cabbage and coffee.
Snack: lean cheese, rosehip tea or pomegranate tea
Dinner: boiled fish ,cutlet cabbage .Before going to bed –kefir and yogurt.
Note: All vegetables from this diet should be used in moderation, and daily diet should be less than the usual calorie. Be careful with the food that contains proteins and carbohydrates.
