Jim Saret thinks that traditional exercises,are ineffective. For example, with running you lose 150 calories an hour. But with this exercises you will burn 100 calories in just 4 minutes.
“If you feel that you are in good physical shape, you can even limit yourself to only 2 minutes. And you can do the four-minute exercises daily”- says Saret.
He made the plan of exercises for people with sedentary lives, and are tired in the gym only a few minutes after they start working out.
To make this part of your everyday routine habit try to involve a member of your family.
Here is a plan, which will help you lose 100 calories for a few minutes:
1.Jumps With Raising Arms
Do it with 10 repetitions.
Do 10 repetitions.
Do 10 push ups,you can do them on the wall, not the floor.
Step forward with your left foot and crouch on the right do vice versa and do 10 reps on each leg.
Saret recommends to do this mini-complex of exercises every time possible.
You can do four consecutive times and between repetitions pause for 1 minute.
You can convert it into a complete 20-minute workout.
Saret says that the strenuous workout in the gym are for a perfect fit form ,but If you just want to look young and feel great, this 20 minutes daily will do.
