Coconut Flour Banana Bread

Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Yield:1 loaf (8-10 slices)


3 bananas
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup coconut flour
3 T arrowroot starch
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 T cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a 7.5” by 3.5” loaf pan with a bit of coconut oil.

3. In a round deep dish, mash the bananas and mix in the eggs, honey, and coconut oil.

4. Add the coconut flour, arrowroot, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.

5. Transfer to prepared loaf pan.

6. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the loaf comes out clean.

7. Let it cool a bit, then remove from pan.

Finally, you can now serve a healthy snack for your family or friends to enjoy!
