1. CHILD’S POSE
Kneel on a yoga mat then bend forward with your forehead resting on the mat you’re your chest resting on your thighs and rest hands near your feet, palms up.
2. HEAD TO KNEE FORWARD BEND
Sit put your legs extended ,feet flexed then bend one knee, bringing the foot to the inside of the upper thigh.Next, put your palms on either side of the extended leg.Finally bend forward with forehead resting on extended leg.
3. BRIDGE POSE
Start with lying on your back ,put your feet flat hip-width apart , knees bent and palms facing down with fingertips touching heels.Then raise hips and chest off the mat.
You feel tightness in your thighs, buttocks, and abdominal muscles, right ?
4. COW POSE
First, kneel on all fours and let your belly sag down toward the mat as spine also curves downward.
Next,lift chin upward.
5. STANDING FORWARD BEND POSE
Stand, bend forward ,put your palms flat on the floor near your feet and your head to rest against legs.
6. EASY POSE
Sit crossed-legged on the yoga mat with both of your feet under the opposite knees and your palms on your knees.
7. DOLPHIN POSE
Stand, bend forward and touch the floor with your palms.
Start to walk hands forward until you can place your forearms flat on the yoga mat and then relax your neck and head.
8. EAGLE POSE
Bend knees and balance on one foot. First, cross your one leg over balancing leg, then wraps foot behind calf of balancing leg.
Next,Cross arms, bend elbows and press palms together.
Do the same with the opposite leg.
9. CAT POSE
Start with kneeling on all fours and your toes pointed.
Continue with rounding back into a curve arcing up and letting your head and neck to relax.
10. CORPSE POSE
Lie flat on your back ,put your palms face up.
11. PUPPY POSE
Kneel on all fours,put your feet flexed ,your toes against yoga mat and then start walking hands forward with arms straight and palms against the floor.
Your chest and forehead should touch the floor.
12. EXTENDED TRIANGLE POSE
Start by standing with one foot forward and other foot turned at 90 degrees and then step forward as far as you can with the foot that is turned out.Next,bend forward , place a hand on the ankle of the forward foot and reach opposite arm upward.
13. LEGS UP THE WALL POSE
Start by sitting with rear close to a wall then put both legs up the vertical surface of the wall with feet flexed and put your arms straight from shoulders with palms down.
