1.Freeze grapes:

Clean it, freeze it and then just eat as much as you like because thirty grapes have fewer calories than a third cup of ice-cream.And it is full of Vitamin C and are nutrient dense. So you can know that you are getting the most nutrition for your dessert as possible.

2. APPLE COOKIES

Apple – cut into thick slices. Cut out the center. Apples are a great source of fiber, Vitamins A, C and potassium. And they are sweet! Peanut butter (or your nut-free equivalent, even cream cheese works). A source of fat is essential for growing bodies to digest the vitamins they eat! Protein for long-term energy. Coconut and Raisins. These are a fun treat to sprinkle on top.

Cut the center out of the slices, layer with peanut butter and add toppings. You can either sandwich the slices together or eat them “as a cookie”.

3.Blueberries froze yogurt

Enjoying this low-calorie, fiber-filled treat. Add in the protein from the yogurt and you have yourself the PERFECT summer snack.

Ingredients:

1 (6oz) Container of fresh blueberries and 1 (6oz) container nonfat blueberry yogurt. Wash the blueberries than mix them with the yogurt take them out with a spoon and freeze them. Enjoy.

4.Sweet Potato Chips

We need Sweet Potatoes, Canola Cooking Spray, Salt and Parchment Paper.
Wash the sweet potatoes and peel off the skin, then cut it into slices. Lay a piece of parchment paper on top of the removable microwave turntable plate and then lay the sweet potato slices on the parchment paper, spray them lightly with the cooking spray, and sprinkle them with salt, if desired. Microwave for 4 – 5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave and the thickness of the slices. I like to run it straight for 4 minutes then give them a check. The edges will start to curl and the sweet potato will turn a significantly darker color. They do burn quickly – so if they need that extra minute – keep an eye on them.
