Sinusitis is an inflammation of the tissue lining the sinuses that blocks and fills with fluid, germs (viruses, bacteria, and fungi) and can grow and cause an infection.

Natural sinus remedy
1/2 cup filtered water 1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon raw, organic honey 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 organic lemon, freshly squeezed
How to make it:
Warm the water in a pan then pour it into a mug and add the apple cider vinegar and stir. Let it cool at a room temperature and add the honey and the cayenne pepper .
Stir again ,add the lemon juice and stir it well.
How to use it:
Drink this solution on an empty stomach before breakfast and late at night before going to bed until the infection is treated.
