Oat flakes for breakfast
1. 1 teaspoon of honey 2. 2 teaspoons of water 3. 2 teaspoons of coconut oil 4. 1/8 teaspoon salt 5. 4 ½ tablespoons of oat flakes 6. 1 tablespoon grated coconut
7. 1 tablespoon finely chopped nuts
Macaroni with cheese
1. 1/3 cup pasta 2. ¾ mug of cold water 3. 4 teaspoons of milk 4. 4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese 5. Salt and pepper to taste 6. Cookie of bananas and peanut butter 7. ½ banana, mash 8. 1 teaspoon peanut butter 9. 1 egg white 10. ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 11. 4 ½ tablespoons of oat flour (you can do it yourself so that oat flakes will grind in a blender until you get a flour) 12. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Pizza

Brownies
