The Best Exercises for Your Butt Type – Healthy Food And Sport Tips

We all know about different body shapes and their grouping in 4 categories:hourglass, apple, pear, and square.But, what do you know about the different butt shapes?

The thing is that they can be grouped into the same four categories as our body shape : heart, square, circle and triangle. Different shapes and yet all butt-firming workouts are same?!

Many fitness instructors say that logically as there are different shapes there should be different exercises. No need to say that we completely agree with them.

If you do workouts for shaping your butt ,but you don’t get good results, you should know that your exercises are not suitable for your butt type.

For a perfect butt shape before starting to workout ,first, you need to determinate your butt shape. To do this put a pair of tights and take a full and side photo of the lower part of your body . On this way, you will determinate your shape and will see the change after workouts. Here is how to work out according to your butt shape.

SQUARE or H-shape

If you have a square butt ,it’s a but with more volume in the upper part which gradually reduces in the lower part and is accompanied by more fat in the ‘love handle’ area you should know that this shape usually is a result of more prominent or higher hip bones.

A workout that you will be doing must target the middle gluteal muscles – the lateral gluteal muscles situated on the outer surface of the pelvis, close to your waist. If you want to lose belly, you need to add rotation to your leg and arm workouts . The video below will show you everything you need to know.

For best results do 3 sets of 12 reps on each leg.

CIRCLE or O-shape

The O-shaped butt viewed from the side looks perky and full ,the fat is around the cheeks of the butt and gives volume .Here only thing you need to do is tone your gluteal muscles and the best workout for this is a plié squat or Pilates.

Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each leg and enjoy the results.

HEART or A-shape

This butt as a result of result of fat distribution around the lower portion of the butt and thighs has volume in the part of the gluteus maximus. If you find yourself in this group you should try by working out properly to park your butt up. You must definitely try leg exercises while sitting.Here is a w=video to help you out:

TRIANGLE or V-shape

If you have the V-shaped butt needs workouts for shaping and toning ,so you should focus on your thighs and you must include a lot of movements .Most of the fitness experts think that most effective workout for this shape is squats or weight lifting with legs.
