They Struggled With Their Weight But After Doing This For 100 Days? Incredible – Healthy Food And Sport Tips

Cheryl Shaw and her teenage daughter Tessa were overweight until one day they decided to say ENOUGH . The 50-year-old single parent mom got tired of the lifestyle created by her weight gain and got worried that because of her ,her daughter is going down on a similar path.

So they decided to team up and take the 100-day challenge.They eat healthily and exercise each day.

Inspired by the popular weight loss website GiveIt100, where users upload clips of themselves exercising every day for 100 days Cheryl and Tessa were one another’s supporter and motivator, and pushed each other through grueling workouts and ate healthy foods.

“Support is definitely key for Tessa and me, as it is with a lot of other people going through their own weight-loss journeys,” Cheryl said when they interviewed her for Women’s Health Magazine.

I want you to know that it wasn’t easy for this incredible mother-daughter duo to completely change their lifestyle,but I can say you that it was worth it. In just 100 days, they lost 74 pounds between them.
Hard work pays off.
