This is How to Stop Farting So Much – Healthy Food And Sport Tips

Not so long ago during a family diner in a fancy restaurant I felt my stomach gurgling and the gas coming. Even I went in the bathroom couple of times in attempt to avoid the embarrassment at the end of the evening when I thought that I am safe it happened. I think my face was red as potato for the rest of the evening.

What Causes Gas?

Everyone has one “Gas Story” better or worst then mine. What we don’t know is that it could be a sign that something is off with your digestive system, like:

-Low stomach acid:After chewing ,next is the processes of digestion with stomach acid. On this way the body absorbs the necessary nutrients from the food. Not enough stomach acid, can provoke; acid reflux, gas, and bloating after most meals.

– Dysbiosis is a lack of good bacteria in the gut, or an overgrowth of harmful bacteria. Each one of this situation can lead to poor digestion, and if stays untreated it can lead to a number of diseases. Symptoms are: gas and bloating, undigested food in stool, nausea, fatigue, and iron deficiencies.

-Poor digestion: beans can cause gas, because they are foods that bypass regular digestion, and are fermented in your gut. Fermentation creates gas buildup.

-Overeating is making your body unable to digest all consumed food, so the leftovers are put under a fermentation process who results with gas.

If you think burps and flatulence after a meal is a way your body tells you that you are full, you might be ignoring your body’s signals .

Food sensitivity:the main reactions your body has to a food sensitivity is gas that can also be accompanied by: bloating, stomach-aches, and even diarrhea.

Natural Remedies for Gas:

First find out the cause or the causes by consulting your doctor Than use the fast treatment for stopping your embarrassing gas.

As everything else, its the best to treat gas with natural remedies!

Here is a list of our favorite natural ways to get rid of gas:

1.Drink Lemon and Baking Soda:

-½ glass water -1 tsp baking soda

-1 lemon

Cut and squeeze the lemon juice into water.Then mix in baking soda, and drink.

2.Drink Tea

Drink anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic teas like: Peppermint, Ginger, and Chamomile.

Use Black Pepper

Black Pepper

Helps indigestion as a result of acid imbalance.

For low stomach acid : mix ½ tsp each of black pepper, dried mint, coriander, and ginger powder, and add one half of this mixture to a glass of water in the morning, and one half in the evening.

Cook with Garlic

Garlic stimulates the entire digestive system so don’t forget to add fresh minced garlic to your cooking!

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar:

-1 tsp raw honey -1 tbsp ACV

-1 cup water

Mix and drink up to 3 times a day.

Eat Carom seeds

Carom seeds are great for all stomach and digestion discomfort.By eating 5-10 seeds a day you will take care of the gas.

I wish I knew at least some of this tricks before I went on that diner .But you know what they say better ever then never.
